CES – Clean Energy Services is committed to providing reliable delivery, transparent order handling, and professional after-sales support.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after confirmation of product availability, pricing, payment terms, and delivery details.
Some products may require technical verification, site information, or project approval before the order can be finalized. CES may contact the customer to confirm specifications, quantities, compatibility, and installation requirements.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is available to approved locations based on product size, weight, destination, and transportation requirements.
Delivery fees, estimated delivery dates, and applicable handling charges will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by product availability, supplier schedules, customs procedures, transportation conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Receiving Your Order
Customers should inspect all products at the time of delivery and confirm that the items received match the order.
Any visible damage, missing items, or delivery discrepancies should be reported immediately to the delivery representative and communicated to CES as soon as possible.
Photographs, delivery documents, invoices, and packaging may be requested to help assess any reported issue.
Return Eligibility
Return requests are reviewed individually and require prior written approval from CES before any product is returned.
To be eligible for consideration, products must generally be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In their original condition and packaging
- Complete with accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
- Returned within the period approved by CES
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are generally not eligible for return unless they are confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied:
- Installed, commissioned, or used equipment
- Custom-ordered or specially configured products
- Products modified for a specific project
- Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items missing original packaging or components
Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is received damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order, the customer should contact CES promptly.
After inspection and technical evaluation, CES may arrange repair, replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution in accordance with the applicable manufacturer warranty and agreed sales terms.
Return Costs & Refunds
Return transportation, inspection, handling, and restocking costs may apply, depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the product.
Approved refunds will be processed using the agreed payment method after the returned product has been received, inspected, and accepted by CES. Original delivery, installation, and service charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Project Orders & Installed Systems
Solar systems, batteries, inverters, panels, mounting structures, and other products supplied as part of an engineering or installation project are governed by the signed quotation, contract, technical proposal, warranty terms, and project acceptance documents. These project-specific terms take priority over this general Shipping & Returns Policy.
